UC Davis clinical trials on StudyPages now searchable through MyUCDavisHealth portal

As part of ongoing efforts to upgrade the MyUCDavisHealth web portal (formerly called MyChart), a new functionality was recently launched that enables patients to browse research studies currently recruiting volunteers and to set notification preferences. This improves access to an array of opportunities to participate in leading-edge research with the potential to improve health care for the UC Davis community.

The MyUCDavisHealth web portal and StudyPages (a user-friendly, curated search tool that research teams use to share information and manage volunteers) leverage technology and social media to enhance participation in clinical research – a UC Davis Health leadership priority.

Other aspects of the project include the creation of a website to aggregate information about all clinical trials at UC Davis and provide information that educates patients about what it means to participate in clinical research. The website overlays the StudyPages search tool and can be seen by clicking below.
